▶籃網獲得：
哈登(James Harden)、騎士二輪選秀權（2024年）
▶火箭獲得：
歐拉迪波（ Victor Oladipo）、艾克森（Dante Exum）、庫魯斯（Rodions Kurucs ）
3枚不受保護的籃網首輪籤（2022年、2024年、2026年）
1枚來自公鹿不受保護的2022年首輪籤。
4枚籃網首輪選秀籤交換權（2021年、2023年、2025年、2027年）。
▶溜馬獲得：
勒佛特（Caris LeVert）、二輪選秀權
▶騎士獲得：
艾倫（Jarrett Allen）、普林斯（Taurean Prince）
